Overview of Prevocational programs

WAGPET offers junior doctors a choice of two programs to gain valuable prevocational experience in General Practice:

Quality education and supervision are central to both programs and junior doctors are given the opportunity and support to develop their clinical skills, communication skills and medical professionalism in community settings as outlined in the WA Junior Doctor Curriculum.

Participation in either program counts towards hospital time should a participant decide to apply for inclusion in the GP Training Program.
