Rural Preferential Pathway

Registrars who are in the rural pathway or general pathway that wish to undertake a rural placement can access the opportunities available to them via WAGPETs Rural Preferential Pathway.

Currently relocation and rental allowances have been increased to assist with the undertaking of a rural training term and additional funds are available to support the undertaking of an emergency course or other appropriate course if undertaking the FACRRM or FARGP.

WAGPET is exploring the range of boutique training options available in each region and a method whereby these options may be more easily marketed and accessed by registrars in training.

More information and updates on the program will be available in the near future.
