Dunsborough Medical Centre is located in the Town Centre with all services including schools, shopping, pharmacy and the beach are within walking distance with the nearest hospital is 20 minutes drive. Dunsborough has a population is around 4,400 swelling to about 15,000 during the tourist season. The weather is mild with warm dry summers (not as hot as Perth) and low humidity all year. Winter temperatures are comfortable with warm sunny days often occuring, rainfall occurs primarily in winter.
