Broadwater Medical Centre is ideally located in the town centre of Busselton, and all services including shopping, schools, beach and pharmacy are within 3kms. Busselton has a population aroung 31,000 swelling to about 60,000 during the tourist season as it's a very popular tourism destination. Closet large town is Bunbury (20 minutes), closet City is Perth (2.5 hours). The weather is mild with warm dry summers (not as hot as Perth) and low humidity all year round. Winter temperatures are comfortable with warm sunny days oftern occuring rainfall primary in Winter.
