Philosophy / Ethos
Illawarra Medical Centre has been providing comprehensive primary care for the Ballajura and surrounding areas for 20 years.We have been training medical students and GP registrars since 2002.
The Illawarra Medical Centre prides itself on the high standards of patient care delivery and community sensitivity.
llawarra Medical Centre has a keen interest in general practice research and we are proud of our numerous projects and partners in association with UWA, PMH and WA Department of Health. We encourage involvement of medical students and GP registrars in our projects.
We value our registrars and make an effort to support work life balance. We encourage our doctors and registrars to have a full day off per week to persue other educational and life opportunities.
