Registar Liaison Officers

Our Role

Registrar Liaison Officers (RLOs) are a fundamental part of WAGPET’s model of regionalisation. RLOs act as the conduit between central WAGPET and the RAC on doctor in training matters.

On the RACs, RLOs are primarily responsible for ensuring that feedback and advice from registrars and PGPPP doctors is reflected in the regional education program.

Beyond the RACs, RLOs represent the doctors in training in the regions on a whole-of-state body charged with providing strategic advice to help shape the future of WAGPET’s Training Programs, the Registrar Advisory Group.
