Diane has lived in the local area for over 30 years and has worked at Falcon Grove for 5 years. She is also the practice nurse. Married with two adult children she runs a hobby farm with her husband just outside Mandurah.

Administration/Reception. Lynn has worked at Falcon Grove for 4 years. An invaluable part of the team she keeps things ticking along smoothly in reception and takes care of Health and Safety. Lynn has lived in Falcon for 8 years, is married with a daughter in High School.
Miss Chelsea Reynolds
Receptionist. Chelsea has been with Falcon Grove for 1 year. Her cheerfull and friendly manner has made her a favourite with all of our patients. Chelsea and her partner live in the local area and have a young son in primary school.

Also, to give proper attention to both physical and mental well being of the patient. This practice is committed to promoting wellness and disease prevention to all patients. Falcon Grove Medical Centre is a thriving practice in one of Western Australia's rapid growth zones. The Falcon, Dawesville and southern area continues to grow at a rapid rate with many new land releases. With a patient base in excess of 8,000 the average age of patients is 38 years. The age range 40 to >89 comprises approximately half of the patient base. The ratio of male to female patients is relatively evenly distributed with females representing 52% of our patients.
