Philosophy/Ethos
Our team of 4 male and 4 female doctors work together and our mission is to provide the highest standard of patient care allowing patients sufficient time on routine booked appointments. We are committed to promoting health, well being and disease prevention in all patients, to not discriminate in the provision of excellent care and aim to treat all patients with dignity and respect. We usually have 4-6 doctors on most shifts and registrars can feel confident of support and are able to draw on a wide range of different skills amongst the doctors within the same practice. The practice is supported by three practice nurses to assist with triage, dressings, immunisations, plastering ,other nursing duties and health assessments of patients. The practice could be considered as a special skills post with training available by Dr Flynn who is has a keen interest in surgical and procedural work. Dr Robert Flynn and Dr Esther Tham both share the supervisory role which can be beneficial with their different styles of practice and teaching styles.
Demography of Patients
