The Surgery has two practice locations:
- 8 Hardie Rd, Spencer Park
- 192 Middleton Rd, Albany.
With 13 General Practitioners and 7 Nurses practising at The Surgery the range of expertise is comprehensive.

The Surgery has a large patient base with an equal spread across male and female and a similar proportion of patients across all age groups, including children, young adults and middle aged patients.
