Whilst undertaking a Prevocational General Practice Placement Program (PGPPP) placement with WAGPET you will be entitled to the following subsidies:

Rural Placements Travel / Relocation 

For Rural placements, WAGPET will pay for your return flights or reimburse your mileage should you wish to drive to and from your placement.

Travel to Education

WAGPET will pay for your return flights or reimburse your mileage for your attendance at the compulsory 2 day orientation program held centrally at the WAGPET office.

WAGPET may also fund the cost of your travel for you to attend any regional education events being held by WAGEPT during your placement time, provided your release time is negotiated with your supervisor in advance.
