Advance Care Planning in Primary Care - South Metro


Decision Assist in partnership with Cancer Council WA is offering a free education session in South Metro on 21 November, 2017 on advance care conversations for those working in primary care.

Learning areas include:

  • explaining the benefits of Advance Care Plans for people and their families
  • incorporate advance care planning into routine care
  • access information regarding the legislative aspects of Advance Care Directives
